Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
Idea Immobiliare, Via Sforza Pallavicino 1, 29121 Piacenza, VAT no. 01654650330. Email: info@idea-immobiliare.it. Phone: +39 320 1503784.
2. What data we collect
- Data you provide voluntarily through the site's forms or by writing to us: name, email, phone and the text of your message.
- If you request a valuation or entrust us with a property to let, also the property's details: town, area, address, type, floor area, features and condition, when you plan to sell, your relationship with the property (for example owner or heir, with the number of heirs), the asking rent and availability.
- Where you came from: the website or ad campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters), the ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), the first page you visited and a random code identifying your browser. They stay tied to your visit, without tracking cookies, and are saved only if you send a form.
- Technical data collected automatically by the server: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, referring page. These keep the site running and secure.
- If you expressed cookie preferences in the past: your choice, with date, IP address and browser, kept so that consent can be demonstrated. See the Cookie policy.
We do not collect special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR) and we do not knowingly process data relating to minors.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Answering your request (information about a property, a valuation, a letting) and calling you back — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Deciding the order in which to call back valuation requests — legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in organising its work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A score calculated with fixed rules (selling timeframe, completeness of phone and address, area, relationship with the property) indicates whom to call first. No request is discarded automatically and every decision is made by a person: this is not automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You can object at any time.
- Knowing which channel or campaign requests come from, to decide internally where to invest — legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and working correctly — legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not send promotional emails or newsletters. The site uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta pixel): your data is not passed to any advertising platform.
4. How long we keep it
Data is deleted automatically when these periods end:
- requests that do not lead to a mandate: 24 months from the last contact;
- requests that lead to a mandate: 10 years, as required by civil and tax law;
- forms filled in only partially and never sent: 30 days;
- requests identified as spam: 30 days;
- record of your cookie choices: 24 months.
Technical server logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 12 months. If you ask for erasure, your data is deleted before these deadlines, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Who we share it with
Data may be processed by suppliers acting as processors: the site's hosting provider, the email service and, when needed, professionals (notary, accountant) involved in the transaction.
We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The site is hosted on servers located in the European Union and we do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. Should a supplier involve a transfer outside the EEA, it will take place only with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR at any time:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- ask for it to be corrected or erased;
- request restriction of processing or object to processing, including the score used to order call-backs;
- ask for your data to be ported;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise them, write to info@idea-immobiliare.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Updates
This notice may be updated: the version published on this page is always the one in force.
