The definitive figures are those in the property's official documentation, which can be checked before entering into any commitment. Properties may be sold or withdrawn from the market at any time without notice.

4. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the site reachable and up to date, but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability: outages may result from maintenance, updates or causes beyond the owner's control.

5. Intellectual property
